Hi, I'm Anubhav
I spent a decade in Silicon Valley doing well by every measure I could think of. And I was still the person who didn't know how to take up space, connect, or navigate what wasn't written down.
I tried everything. Most of it hit a ceiling. Then I found NLP Marin, did one exercise in an intro workshop, and something that had seemed impossible shifted. I joined in 2016, completed their full two-year program, and have been practicing ever since.
I tend to work with people navigating career crossroads, relationship patterns, and the gap between outer success and inner clarity. If that sounds like you, you're in the right place.
How This works
Most approaches work on the surface — on the behaviour, the thought, the feeling. Transformational NLP goes to where the pattern started.
It identifies patterns
Patterns formed early — often before you were six — before you had the words or perspective to evaluate them. Your brain encoded them as reliable responses. By the time you're an adult, they fire automatically, faster than conscious thought. That's why thinking your way out of them rarely works.
It goes to the source
These patterns aren't stored in memory the way you'd remember a conversation. They live in the nervous system — in reflexive responses below conscious awareness. Transformational NLP locates where a pattern was originally installed and changes it there. Not by talking about it. By going directly to the source.
It keeps you in control
TNLP works with your conscious mind, not around it. You're fully present throughout — which is exactly why the update sticks. Your brain doesn't just cope differently. It actually changes.
It updates the patterns
The brain holds onto patterns because it hasn't been given a reason to change them. TNLP gives it that reason — directly, at the source. Clients describe it as the thing they'd been circling for years — suddenly just... not there.
Book a Session
Your first session is 2 hours — enough time to actually get somewhere. After that, we'll find the rhythm that works for you.
